We're glad to see that you've stumbled upon our little home here on the internet. Hudson Valley MINI Cooper Club is a Motoring enthusiast group based in the lower Hudson Valley Region of New York State. However, we welcome all motorers from NY, NJ, CT and the other 47 states! So put it in park and stay a while to explore our links, shop, photos and event listings.
A BRIEF HISTORY IN HUDSON VALLEY MOTORING:
HVMINI was founded in 2006 by JeffC and MiniStupidFun. They began with garage parties, meets and runs throughout Orange and Ulster Counties here in NY. Much to their surprise, in 2009 MissMoxie showed up and started promoting the club like there was no tomorrow. We have now broadened our horizons to include participation in national events, large rallies and multi-state meets.
In the past year, MissMoxie and JeffC have had great success with HVMINI sponsored events. The HVMINI Winery Tour in the summer of 2009 was a huge success, and had the largest turnout of any event yet. For 2010 they have set their sights high and are planning to grow the club even more.
From participation in dealership events to tagging parked MINI's with spotter cards, HVMINI is constantly growing. This year will hopefully be huge, thanks to improved club branding with logos, spotter cards, clothing and car decals. In addition, lots of rallies are on the drawing board and we hope to have a large presence at national events. So stick around, have some fun and help us make 2010 our best year yet!
